Lamb neck bones are full of flavor, collagen, and healthy fat. Each piece of neck bone comes with some of the meat left on which is guaranteed to add extra flavor and nutrients to your next batch of broth. 

We recommend combining our 100% grass-fed lamb bones with beef or pork bones to build a balanced, flavorful broth. Roast all the bones at 500F until they are golden brown and fragrant, then add them to a pot with water and aromatics and simmer for up to 24 hours.

The resulting broth will be delicious and full of collagen for strong joints, bones, and hair. Use bone broth as the base for soups, a liquid for cooking rice, or just drink it straight. 

Our 100% grass fed lamb is raised on rolling pastures here in Iowa without any antibiotics or hormones. The unique mixture of forage in our fields gives the lamb a deep flavor without being gamey.
