This lamb tallow comes from our 100% grass-fed lamb. It’s full of omega-3 fatty acids and CLAs which may lead to a lower risk of cancer. Andm it tastes great with none of the gameyness of other lamb. Lamb tallow adds a rich, meaty flavor to any dish.
To use lamb tallow for cooking, first render the fat slowly in a large, heavy bottomed pot. Once the fat has melted and stopped bubbling, strain it and cool.
